March 30, 2019 – Touchpad Electronics has always invested in training it’s employees.  2019 took it to a whole new level.  A comprehensive on the job training program was developed entirely by the employees.   The program consists of eleven segments, one for each work center, and over 90 modules.  Not only does it further ensure our exemplary quality in output, it has increased productivity and morale among the workforce as there is a great deal of opportunity for growth through cross training.
