Touchpad Electronics has always invested in training, but throughout 2019 the entire team here at TouchPad took this effort to a whole new level! A comprehensive training and career development program was masterminded and implemented entirely by TouchPad employees. The program consists of eleven segments, one for each work center, and over 90 training modules. Not only does it further ensure our exemplary quality of our products and services, it has increased our overall productivity significantly. This mindset reinforces moral in the workforce that there is indeed, a great deal of opportunity for career growth and leadership opportunities through cross training.
